Travel!

Who doesn’t love to travel?

The thrill of planning, the excitement of preparation, and the anticipation of the journey can be truly exhilarating!

Last week, I had the chance to travel for a family celebration, and it was wonderful to reconnect with relatives I hadn’t seen in years. Some were toddlers the last time we met, and now they’re on the brink of adulthood. It’s amazing how time flies!

However, traveling has its challenges.

For instance, trying to sleep in a bed that isn’t your own, or resting your head on a pillow (you have searched years to find the right one)….that isn’t your own.

Sometimes sleep can be more like chasing sheep than counting them when in a new environment!

Trapped on the tarmac?

Ever had a plane delay? Sitting on the tarmac for what seems like forever, inhaling fumes from the jet engines—it's a unique way to test your patience and immune system!

And then there’s the experience of sitting next to someone who’s coughing or sneezing. What an adventure!

How about eating the food you don’t normally eat? Then realizing the rumbling in your tummy isn’t hunger pains?

You get the idea! We’ve all experienced these travel quirks.

Which is why I take along my “Travel Companions”.  These are my “go to” supplements and homeopathy formulas that help sleep as well as these other travel challenges.

Here are a few of the products and hope they help you!

ree

Sleep! These products are my favorites and I often rotate between them:

Nano-emulsion Melatonin (Quicksilver Scientific). This is a highly bioavailable liposomal melatonin has a near instant effect. (As little as 15% of most melatonin supplements are absorbed).

ree

Insomnia Drops (Professional Formulas). This homeopathy remedy has a combination of homeopathy ingredients to help fall asleep.

ree

Sleep Gummies (Gaia Pro). Love these! Although try to eat just one! Ashwagandha, Passionflower, and Jujube date are sure to calm you!

Congestion & Respiratory Support. Depending on the immune attack, I like to travel with a couple products for “just in case”:

ree

Congaplex (Standard Process). I actually prefer the Children’s Chewables! This is a fantastic product to thwart any airborne attack!

ree

Andrographis Complex (MediHerb). The herbal formula is fantastic for any respiratory congestion.

ree

Herbal Throat Spray (MediHerb).  This throat spray stops coughs so fast! Both of these MediHerb product contain Echinacea which is an immune support.

ree

Nasal congestion and wait for it… !snoring!

Antronex (Standard Process). This is a natural anti-histamine so no worries about drowsiness. It really does the trick to drain that stuffy nose and stop the drip, drip, drip!

Diarrhea! and Digestive Support

ree

Berberine Active (MediHerb). This antimicrobial herb does wonders when your trip to the toilet is producing fireworks!

OK, there you have it! My Traveling Companions!

Next time you take to the air consider adding one or all these products “just in case”!
